Although our play specialists are there to supervise and attend to your children, parent/guardian supervision is advised.
No food, drinks, sweets or chewing gum are to be taken into play areas.
Children who are unwell must not use the facilities.
The toddler area is specifically meant for smaller children under the age of 3yrs.
Children must remove their shoes before playing on the equipment in the play area.
For hygiene reasons children should wear socks.
We have taken all necessary precautions to ensure a safe enjoyable play experience, but will not be held responsible for any unforeseen accidents.
Any child found misbehaving or bullying other children will be strictly asked to leave the play area.
Smoking is not permitted.
Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money, sharp objects etc must not be taken into the play area by children using the play equipment.
Personal items must be left with parents/guardians. We cannot accept any liability for theft.
Only food and drinks purchased at Playy Around may be consumed on the premises.
One parent/guardian per child may enter the facility free of charge. There will be an extra charge for each additional adult.
All parents/guardians will be issued a swipe card upon entry which must be returned after clearing the payment. A penalty of INR 350 will be applied for lost or broken cards.
Members must show their Playy Around V.I.P. membership card upon entry. Membership cards are strictly non-transferable.
Please remember to always ask for a receipt upon payment of your bill which will be stamped prior to exiting the playcenter.
Only children aged below 3 years are allowed access to the Toddler Zone.
The Junior Zone is for children aged 3 to 10, but 3 to 5 year olds must be supervised at all times.
